VOX is the joint venture representative of Raiffeisen
(Switzerland’s largest retail bank) in APAC, MENA
and LATAM for debt capital markets. This entails
origination of a number of top-tier investment
grade companies, banks, and sovereigns across the
region to raise CHF financing in Switzerland via the
public bond markets. In addition, we work jointly
with UBS to raise high-yield USD debt in the Asian
market for creditworthy issuers in the region (IG and
quality sub-IG).

VOX works with and advises government trade
organizations and embassies such as Austrade
and Enterprise Singapore in order to solve some
of ASEAN’s core infrastructure funding needs, with
a focus on the $25-200 million project range. This
initiative is supported by a number of institutional
and financing partners and media outlets such as
Bloomberg.

In partnership with SRS Advogados in Lisbon, VOX
originates and represents strategic investment
opportunities in emerging European countries and
cross border wealth solutions for a number of Asian
corporates, family offices, HNWIs and hospitality firms.

VOX advises some of the region’s premier institutions
such as Singha Estate, the UAE royal family,
Brookfield, Sembcorp, GIC on strategic one-off
transactions across a number of verticals, in order to
achieve their objectives and goals, primarily across
private equity and loan market transactions, sourcing
strategic investors, and sales.
